Dramatis Personae

Below are the player characters (PCs) and non-plyer characters (NPCs) from Giant on the Borderlands campaign. I've grouped the PCs by their player, identified only by first name. The NPCs are grouped as Allies or Antagonists. 

I've identified the PC veterans of the " Secrets of Saltmarsh" and "Chateau d'Amberville" campaigns with a * preceding their names. Their are a few NPCs who were originally PCs of the dungeon master years ago. I've identified them with a (DM) after their name. 

There were a few players who only attended a single session, I apologize for not including them and their PCs below.

  Kord's Bride alongside the Saltmarsh docks. The Battle of Saltmarsh 12th  Ready'reat, 589 CY The Battle of Saltmarsh was the culmination of the "Secrets of Saltmarsh" campaign.  The party had crushed the smugglers, taken their ship, defeated the smugglers' contacts, the brothers Marcel and Jean Tarascon, and their zombie horde, formed an alliance with the lizardmen and aquatic elves against the sahuagin threat, then scouted the sahuagin lair. Then, in a vicious battle in the sea devils' temple they slew their priests and warlords, and cleansed their shrine. The fortress was destroyed. Introduction

Awakened Legends is a series of on going D&D campaigns set in the world of Greyhawk, played by members of the Spotsylvania Area Gamer s. These campaigns began in the spring of 2018.  Set during the post-Greyhawk Wars era of the Greyhawk setting, play began in the Salinmoor county of the Kingdom of Keoland in the year 589 CY, on the continent of Flanaess, set on the world of Oerth.  The campaign began using the 2nd edition Advanced Dungeons & Dragons rules, but player demand convinced the Dungeon Master to shift to the 5th edition rules.   A chronology of the campaign events to date, descriptions of the previous players, and other campaign information is on the way. Giants on the Borderlands: Background

The Background: In the spring of 584 CY the Greyhawk Wars raged across the continent. The evil cambion Iuz had launched all out attacks in the northern realms, and in the east the Great Kingdom was wracked by demons, devils, and undead in an eldritch civil war. In the south, the Scarlet Brotherhood had conquered the Lordship of the Isles and the Hold of the Sea Princes. Only in the West was there relative quiet. It did not last, as great forces of giants and humanoids swept down from the Crystalmist Mountains , into the independent Keoland borderlands of the Grand Duchy of Geoff , the then Duchy of Sterich , and the Yeomanry . In the latter, they were repulsed by yeoman levies as worthy in battle as many seasoned veterans.
